Confluence Editor displays table size as "Cells X Rows" instead of standard "Rows X Cells".

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new document
2. Click "Table" button
3. Hover over the cells to highlights 3x2 table (3 rows, 2 cells per row)
Observe the result: the bold table size is displayed as "2x3"
