Drag and Drop did not work in Chrome 19.0.1084.46 m

      Attach a file to a page using Drag and Drop feature no longer works in Chrome 19.0.1084.46 m. It used to work in Chrome 18.0.1025.168 m.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Go to a Confluence page
      2. Click Add > Attachment
      3. Drag and drop image/file here:
      4. Outcome: Nothing happened
