Tested in my local 4.2. Customer encountered this in 4.2.1 (I witnessed this through a screen share). Reproducible in EAC which is running in 4.3-CDOG-1790 and 4.3-CDOG-2041
Description
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new page
- Mention user1
- Save the page
- Check Mail Queue (the notification is listed)
- user1 get the mail notification
- Edit the same page
- Mention user2 and user1 (one more time)
- Check Mail Queue (the notification is not listed)
- user2 & user1 did not received any mail notifications
- Create a new child page under this existing page and you will notice that the same issue is reproducible
Note: user1 & user2 have sufficient permission to view the pages.
