Change time of sending Recommended Updates Emails

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      It would be nice to have the possibility to change the time and day of week an email is send.

      According to http://confluence.atlassian.com/x/CA7HE

      • The daily email message is sent at 1 p.m. in the user's configured time zone.
      • The weekly email message is sent at 1 p.m. on Thursdays in the user's configured time zone.

      We need more flexibility here.
