Description
I could not create a JIRA issue from confluence because some mandatory fields were not available.
Repro steps:
------------
1) Edit a confluence page
2) Choose Insert > JIRA Issue in the editor toolbar.
3) The 'Insert JIRA Issue' popup window will appear.
4) Click Create New Issue in the left-hand panel.
5) Enter the requested information (the issue type I tried was "bug") and press insert.
This is the error message:
There were errors creating an issue in JIRA. Some required fields may not be available on this form. Try creating this issue in JIRA reporter: Reporter is required. Reporter is required.
The field reporter is not available.
