After page is removed Confluence does not update the number of incoming links

If you attempt to remove a page that was once linked on another page that has since been removed the warning that pops up doesn't identify that those pages have been removed and believes there are still active links.

Steps to Replicate:

1. Create a page (let's call it x)
2. Create another page and link to x (let's call this page y)
3. Go to page x and click tools->remove. You will see that there is 1 incoming link.
4. Go back to page y and click tools->remove and then click ok
5. Go to page x again and click tools->remove

Result: It still shows that there is 1 incoming link
Expected Result: There shouldn't be any incoming links

Affects Confluence 3.5.13, 4.1.5 and 3.4.6 (all versions that I have tested).
