Documentation Theme on 4.2 does not display footer

      Summary of The Bug

      Configuring Documentation Theme as the instance "Global Theme" will made footer content disappear on every space that use "Global Look & Feel" as its theme

      Workaround

      Disable "Documentation Theme" as the instance global theme and change space level theme to "Documentation Theme" if necessary

      Another workaround is to follow the steps below

      1. Shutdown Confluence
      2. Download the attached doctheme-4.2.jar
      3. Please backup your current atlassian-bundled-plugins.zip which is located in <Conf_Install_Dir>/confluence/WEB-INF/classes/com/atlassian/confluence/setup/
      4. Unzipped atlassian-bundled-plugins.zip
      5. Once the files is unzipp, replace doctheme-4.2.jar with the attached file
      6. Re-zip the file and ensure that the file name is atlassian-bundled-plugins.zip
      7. Restart Confluence
