Space admin labels page formatting is broken

The following CSS selector is too generic and probably got applied to this page by accident:

.labels-editor > * {
    display: table-cell;
}

This causes the page to look like the attached screenshot.

From what I can tell this should be the case in Confluence 4.2 and 4.2.1
