Font sizes in the Popular Labels Macro Heatmap are being overridden when placed in the footer section of a page layout

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new page choosing a page layout that has a footer section
2. Insert the Popular Labels Macro into the footer section of the page layout, choosing to display as a heatmap
3. Save and view the page

The varying font sizes that should be evident in the heatmap have been overridden by OnDemand footer CSS and also this workaround.
