Disabled users are shown when sharing an article

    Description

      I have 4 who has duplicate user accounts
      One account is disabled and the other is enabled
      I cannot delete the disabled accounts because articles are pointing to these accounts
      When sharing articles both the disabled and enabled accounts are suggested

      Should only show the enabled account.

      This is because the Auto-Suggest feature is unable to differentiate an active user or disabled user.
