Disabled users are shown when sharing an article

    Details

      Description

I have 4 who has duplicate user accounts
One account is disabled and the other is enabled
I cannot delete the disabled accounts because articles are pointing to these accounts
When sharing articles both the disabled and enabled accounts are suggested

Should only show the enabled account.

This is because the Auto-Suggest feature is unable to differentiate an active user or disabled user.

This also occurs while attempting to mention a user. We do not disable users manually.

We control via LDAP groups by granting them Can Use privileges.

I tested this on 5.1.3 + LDAP. User is not part of any groups that are on Global Permissions. Yet he still shows in mentions.

Torsten, I think the fix was applied only for users that use the internal directory to manage users. Fix doesn't seem to work for users on LDAP/Crowd.
