Edit in Office XLS does not work with Excel 2007 (Office 2007 suite)

Problem

When ever you try to edit a xls with edit in office it will ask for your credentials and will not continue, granting you with a warning that the document could not be found

Workaround

Upgrade to Office 2010 or downgrade to 2003
