If I shift-select text within a bulletted list, and keep hitting shift-down arrow past the bulletted list into another section, what gets selected is something in the middle of the next line, shift-down arrow at the start of a line (whether bulletted or not) should always stay at the start of the line. It shouldn't jump around into the middle of a line.
