When Preformatting text all formatting capabilities disappear.

• This includes the "clear formatting" which is kind of counter intuitive.
• The placement of "clear formatting" is also counter intuitive in general.
• Preformatting Bullets the bullets remains, but you are not able to Apply bullets or remove them from preformatted text, this seems like a conflicting behavior, either remove the bullets or allow that sort of indentation and formatting. (This might be fixed in a later version)

In general anything to do with the "Preformatted" style is currently just very strange, very inconsistent.
