PDF exports from the Confluence documentation can contain over 1000 pages. When that is true, page numbers in the TOC overflow the right-hand margin, so that from page 999 on you see 100, 100, 100, 101 etc. (i.e. when page numbers have >3 digits) Embarrassing, really.

This CSS in the PDF Stylesheet is a workaround (it mucks with the indentation a bit):
div.toc
Can this CSS (or equivalent) be added to the default CSS for PDF export?
