Cannot save Page after trying to insert a status macro with a % character

To reproduce:

• Open Macro Browser
• Choose 'Status' macro
• In the 'Title' field enter "30%"
• Click 'Insert' button

The macro does not get inserted into the page, and the 'Save' and 'Preview' buttons become greyed out. There is now no way for the user to save, meaning they can lose all of their changes.
