List style parameter is ignored in TOC macro

Look at this page:

It would be much nicer to be able to turn off the bullet points in the generated TOC.
The Macro Browser teases with the possiblity of choosing 'none' for the List Style parameter.
But all the List Style options are ignored. Sob!
