    Description

NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

Note: You can still insert images with alt text and title in 4.0 using the insert wiki markup dialog

Before 4.0, users could specify alt and title on an image using wiki markup as follows:

      Title

      !fish.gif|title="I am a fish"!

      Alt

      !fish.gif|alt="I am a fish"!

There should be a way to specify these elements in the image properties panel
