Allow Users to Directly Edit the XHMTL Source Text for Confluence Pages

In the past I have edited Confluence pages directly in wiki markup for five reasons.

1. The pre-4.0 RTF editor was not very capable and would do things incorrectly that required editing the markup to fix (important).
2. I could set things up using markup to look the way I wanted with absolutely the minimal markup.
3. I could independently copy the wiki markup of finished pages and save it in a text file on my local system disk and a USB drive as a form of redundant backup, which has saved my work more than once (really important).
4. I could edit the wiki markup in a text editor off-line (our company Confluence system is not accessible from off-site), bring it back, and paste it in, which allowed me to continue working on trips (very important).
5. I can edit wiki markup much faster using just a keyboard than using the RTF editor with a mouse and keyboard.

With the elimination of the wiki markup editor in Confluence 4.0, I now no longer have the ability to work offsite or independently store backup copies of my pages in text.

Please supply a way for users to edit the XHMTL source text so I can independently back up my pages, work offline, and better use my offsite time.  Supplying an "XHTML" button that when clicked puts the XHMTL source into a webpage with a single giant text field and "Save" and "Cancel" buttons will restore all the advantages that the Wiki Markup editor gave me.

In addition, make sure the RTF editor supports the HTML "div" tag so we can easily format our web pages the way we want.  Thank you!
