Words are not been autoformated when bolded and underlined

      When a user types the following mark up into Confluence, it doesn't autoformat correctly as a bolded word that's also underlined:

      *+bold+*

      The workaround is to use the wikimarkup macro. When insert the wikimarkup macro and insert the code bold the result is bolded and underlined.

            Thanks for taking the time to raise this issue. As you may be aware this has been on our backlog now for quite some time with very little progress being made, rather than leave this here I'm going to close this issue out as won't fix, I believe this better reflects the status of this issue.

            If the problem is raised again in the future we'll readdress it.
