Description

Install new confluence 3.5.9 with above env(confluence-3.5.9-std.tar.gz)
Setup initial admin user
Attempt to restore 3.5 Document XML zip (Confluence 3.5 Complete Documentation (XML) DOC-20110317.zip)
Import fails with:
