Add Outlook MSG to mime.types

Please add the following line to mime.types to properly handle Outlook MSG files:

application/vnd.ms-outlook msg

I'm filing this as a bug because when Confluence interfaces with other systems, it treats MSG files as "application/octet-stream" which is incorrect.
