Description
Here are the following steps on how to reproduce this bug:
- Create a sample test page.
- Edit the page by inserting the following Code Block Macro:
<!-- Edited by XMLSpy® --> − <note> <to>Tove</to> <from>Jani</from> <heading>Reminder</heading> <body>Don't forget me this weekend!</body> </note>
- Save the page
- Add a new attachment (any sample pictures)
- Edit the page in Wiki Markup to make the picture in thumbnail format:
!final.jpg|thumbnail!
- Save the changes
- Click on the thumbnail image using IE 8 and the following screen shot will be seen:
To be exact, here is the script error:
Webpage error details User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; Trident/4.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; InfoPath.2; AskTbNRO2/5.11.3.15590) Timestamp: Tue, 5 Apr 2011 13:27:13 UTC Message: Object doesn't support this property or method Line: 251 Char: 222 Code: 0 URI: http://localhost:8095/s/en/2148/1/1/_/download/superbatch/js/batch.js
Ironically, if the Code Block Macro is being removed, clicking on the thumbnail image does not throw any script error.
This doesn't happen in Firefox browser. In IE 7, using all the replication steps above did not throw the script error but the loading process of showing the image just keeps tinkering while having a dark background.
