Keyboard shortcuts dialogue - General tab should use uppercase

Keyboard shortcuts dialogue - General tab should use uppercase for keys just as done on the Editor tab. No reason for this to be inconsistent. The idea seems to be that the key images represent what you actually see on the keyboard.
