Unhandled exceptions when performing operations and LDAP server is down.

• Add a Read-Write LDAP directory to Jira with one user, synchronize.
• Shutdown the LDAP server

Expected: Error message stating that communication error ocurred while contacting remote server, or the raw error message displayed as the error message.

Case 1: Adding a group

• Error: "com.atlassian.crowd.exception.runtime.OperationFailedException: org.springframework.ldap.CommunicationException: localhost:10390; nested exception is javax.naming.CommunicationException: localhost:10390 [Root exception is java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect]"

Case 2: Modify a user

• Error: com.atlassian.crowd.exception.runtime.OperationFailedException: org.springframework.ldap.CommunicationException: localhost:10390; nested exception is javax.naming.CommunicationException: localhost:10390 [Root exception is java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect]

Case 3: Join a group
