Corrupt Anchor Link After Copying a Page if RTE is Marked as Default

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a page and set RTE as default editor.
2. Insert an anchor, like: [#h1] h1. Anything
3. Save the page.
4. Go to Tools > Copy
5. Observe that the anchor is now broken: [\#h1|]

The workaround is to set the Wiki Markup Editor as the default editor.
