Disable ehcache (and quartz?) phone-home timers.

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Ehcache 1.7.0+ will periodically phone home and emit a log message if there is a newer version available. This isn't a useful check when ehcache is shipped as a library in another product.

      Quartz may do a similar check (not sure)

      Even if you aren't shipping 1.7.0+ (yet), you might as well add the check now.
