highlighting to work for C#?
If yes, is it embedded in Jira version 4.2 with Wiki Renderer Macros Plugin - 1.0?

Thanks for raising this. We have the new code macro which you might be interested in. This has syntax highlighting for C#.
We hope to bundle this in Confluence at some stage in the near future. Stay tuned.
