Space macro broken on instances with large number of spaces and some databases

The recent performance fix (in 3.4) to the spaces macro has broken it on some databases when there are too many spaces. Specifically, if there are more spaces than are allowed in an "IN" clause in the database then the macro will not work. This macro appears on the dashboard and is in the bundled confluence-dashboard-macros plug-in.

The bug occurs while calculating the appropriate list of Team Labels to show, based on which labels appear in spaces the current user can see.
