Inserting a macro in IE8, inserts it in the header of the page instead of the editor

1. Activate macro autocomplete
2. Open the macro browser (without any text)
3. Insert the macro
   You'll see it added before the confluence header, outside the editor iframe.

Should test IE7 too.
