RTE changes are lost when using the Save shortcut (Control-S) in Full Screen mode

Changes which are made in the Rich Text Editor Full-screen mode are lost unless you Exit full screen mode to save.

How to reproduce:

1. Edit a page in the rich text editor
2. Make some changes Before going to full-screen mode
3. Enter full screen mode and make some more changes
4. Save the page using the Shortcut (Control-S or Cmd-S) Without leaving full screen mode

Note that the changes from Step 2 will be applied, but NOT the changes from Step 3.
