IE8 and IE7 crash if you click Add Page and Add Blog too fast multiple times

If you click too fast in multiple successions 8 or so times, on Add Page or Add Blog Post, IE7/8 crashes.

To reproduce, click back and forth between the Page/Blog buttons without waiting for the dropdown to render; or click repeatedly on either button.

Reproduced on trunk, EAC and CAC.

Reproduced in IE8/Win7 (two machines), IE7/virtual XP on Win7.

NOTE: error does not appear to occur in virtualised IE on Macs.

Crash cannot be reproduced in the AUI inline-dialog test pages, including viewed directly/locally and in the refapp-as-confluence. That is, the inline-dialog alone doesn't seem to cause the crash; it's something in Confluence (possibly the AJAX calls).
