Table of Contents-Macro generates invalid anchor tags

We created a page with several headings and inserted a TOC-Macro (for wiki-markup see attached text file). When we use another font-color for two paragraphs and their headings ("head 1" and "head 2 2" in our example), we realize, that when we click on "head 1" or "head 2 2" in the TOC, the cursor jumps to "head 1" in BOTH cases! The reason for this is, that the TOC-Macro generates the same anchor tag for both headings (the href is PAGETITLE- instead of PAGETITEL-HEADINGTITLE).
