Space details form should have display/viewing mode in the same (space admin) tab

The form to edit space details (from within a space, Browse > Space Admin > Edit Space Details under the Space Operations heading) redirects a user to the Advanced tab after they save the form, or decide to cancel editing.

A proposed solution is to:

• Leave the current display version of the space details form in the Advanced tab so that non-admin users can view the details of a space
• Create an additional display version of the space details form that resides in the Space Admin tab, this will be the default location for the Space Admin tab.
  • The "Space Details" section will default in display mode with an "Edit" button.
  • When a user finishes editing the form and clicks save/cancel, they are shown the display version of the form in the Space Admin tab.
• Rename the current navigation buttons under the Space Operations heading to read 'Space Details' and 'Space Labels' rather than 'Edit Space Details' and 'Edit Space Labels'
  • When a user clicks on 'Space Details', they are initially taken to the display version of the space details form, from which they can click a button to start editing.

These changes aim to achieve cross-product and intra-product consistency.
