Office Connector: After upgrading to 3.3.1 the OC plugin is disabled and cannot be enabled

    Description

      The OC plugin is listed as disabled in the Plugin Manager.

      Clicking on 'Enable plugin' gives an error:

       There were errors loading this plugin. There is more information in the logs.

Cause:
There was a problem loading the module descriptor: java.lang.Void.<br/>Unable to enable web fragment
