Enable Web Sudo to work with other single-sign-on solutions

Customers with some of the unsupported single sign-on solutions can't easily upgrade to Confluence 3.3 because WebSudo doesn't handle external SSO solutions.

      See this example: http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Configuring+Secure+Administrator+Sessions?focusedCommentId=221446417#comment-221446417

Users can't get into the admin console to disable web sudo

The workaround for this is to start Confluence in Development Mode, disable web sudo, then restart confluence in a normal mode.

            Hi All,
After lots of discussion we feel that the workarounds available are sufficient for most customers.

CONF-20958 highlights in detail what these workarounds are.

Same problem here, by the way. Thanks for the workaround.

While I don't have this problem as I installed from scratch on 3.3. It would be nice if the web sudo used my external SSO (jasig CAS). I would prefer to leave the Secure Administrator Sessions enabled, but it doesn't appear that I am able to.
