Page Gadget error message for inaccessible content needs to be tidied up

      The error message shown when page gadget tries to access a restricted page isn't very informative and contains a url that has no meaning in the context of the actual problem. Perhaps could say something like "This content is restricted."

      There's something wrong with the state as well. After I hit cancel, the dark gray sticks around.
