Incorrect error message prompted for "Link to this Page..."

An incorrect error message is displayed in the following scenario:

1. Open a page with attachments
2. Click Tools->Attachments and arrive on the attachment page.
3. Click Properties next to an attachment of interest and arrive on a page providing the attachment's properties.
4. Click Tools->Link to this Page...

The error message ""Due to customizations made to this space's layout...." is displayed. Click on "OK" to close the dialog, to land on the viewinfo.action URL of the page.

This appears to be have been a side-affect of CONF-17573.
