Error message for invalid space labels is incorrectly encoded

    Description

      • Space Admin -> Edit Space Labels screen
      • Enter invalid label '&&&&' in either content label or team label field
      • Click Add

      The error message will show:

      Label name is invalid: &&&&

      It should be:

      Label name is invalid: &&&&
