Resizing caches does not correctly update keyArray in EhCache's MemoryStore:keyArray

If you have a cache that is initially over 5000 elements in size, then resize it through the UI,
the maximumSize is correctly adjusted but the keyArray is NOT changed to reflect this (as it is in the constructor).

This means when the cache fills up, it will randomly break evict elements.

A workaround would be to restart to the server after updating the cache through the UI.
