CSS doesn't load and JavaScript errors due to too many CSS files in IE

      Because we have more than 32 stylesheets when several plugins are running in Confluence, weird problems start happening when IE stops loading subsequent stylesheets and JavaScript files.

      For example, when editing a page in Confluence using an IE browser - the CSS is not loaded and the following error is given:

      Confirmed with IE6, IE7, IE8

            [CONFSERVER-17151] CSS doesn't load and JavaScript errors due to too many CSS files in IE
