I have a feeling this will be have already been fixed by adding the content-length to the file-serving servlet, but we'll need to verify before releasing Swan.
16:04:57 psquad32: so i am having trouble exporting a space – the zip file returned is corrupt
16:05:26 carlfishy: Erk. Which space?
16:05:53 psquad32: the XWork space
16:06:12 psquad32: when i export as HTML everything except for "RickardXWorkNotes" and the release notes tree
16:06:17 psquad32: err, press release tree
16:06:37 carlfishy: what are you using to open the zipfile?
16:07:00 psquad32: jar
16:07:14 psquad32: i know that the xp zip program is screwy
16:07:17 psquad32: but this is different
16:07:27 carlfishy: Just a sec.
16:08:32 carlfishy: Weird. Works fine for me.
16:09:08 psquad32: the zip extracts?
16:09:09 carlfishy: (OS X)
16:09:14 carlfishy: Yep.
16:09:34 psquad32: did you check off the press release tree and the "rickardxworkthoughts" page?
16:10:03 carlfishy: Yep
16:10:08 psquad32: also, did you have "include comments" checked?
16:10:20 carlfishy: Works on Gentoo, too.
16:10:23 carlfishy: Yes, I did.
16:10:29 psquad32: ok, what file size did you get?
16:10:35 psquad32: 73740bytes?
16:10:42 carlfishy: rw-rr- 1 cmiller users 79113 Aug 12 16:06 XW-12Aug2004-01_35_23.zip
16:11:13 psquad32: hmmmmm
16:11:18 carlfishy: One moment.
16:11:31 psquad32: this is pretty strange
16:11:58 carlfishy: http://www.pastiche.org/~cmiller/tmp/xw.zip
16:12:10 psquad32: really weird
16:12:12 psquad32: that one works for me
16:12:26 carlfishy: How weird.
16:12:49 carlfishy: What browser are you using?
16:12:50 psquad32: i'm going to log out and try it
16:13:07 psquad32: IE 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2
16:13:12 carlfishy: Behind a proxy?
16:13:16 psquad32: no
16:13:22 carlfishy: That's strange, then.
16:13:26 psquad32: it happens at home and at work on two different machines
16:14:02 psquad32: no luck if i am logged out
16:14:09 psquad32: lemme try on firefox
16:14:46 carlfishy: If it's an IE problem, I might have to fly to Redmond and start killing people at random.
16:14:52 psquad32: ha
16:15:10 psquad32: speaking of which, did that CSS bug ever get fixed in jira (i know confluence has it in 1.1)
16:15:32 carlfishy: I think it
16:15:35 psquad32: haha
16:15:37 carlfishy: 's fixed for 3.0
16:15:38 psquad32: it works in firefox
16:15:44 carlfishy: .........
16:15:46 psquad32: hahaha
16:15:49 carlfishy: Now, I go postal.
16:15:49 psquad32: better book your ticket
16:16:04 carlfishy: It might be fixed in 1.2, though.
16:16:11 carlfishy: We added proper file-size support to the download servlet.
16:16:19 psquad32: ah, yeah, that could be it
16:16:23 psquad32: k, i'll try it when you guys upgrade wiki.os.com
16:16:28 carlfishy: I'll file a bug in the "things to verify" column.
16:16:32 psquad32: cool
16:16:39 carlfishy: And assign it to Dave. And hide in a corner.
16:16:42 psquad32: well, now if you get any support requests, you'll know where to look
16:16:52 psquad32: "when in doubt, blame IE"
