Anchors inside included pages are broken

    Description

      I have two pages:

      Foo:

      {anchor:ANCHOR}

      Bar:

      {include:Foo}

      If I open the Foo page the anchor is rendered as Foo-ANCHOR. If I go to Bar, the anchor is rendered as Bar-ANCHOR. This inconsistency breaks existing functionality, most notably the TOC macro.

      As far as I can tell there is no workaround for this issue.
