Application keyboard shortcuts override browser text editing shortcuts in wiki editor (e.g. Ctrl-K in Safari/Mac)

Some of the access keys and in-editor shortcuts clash with browser keyboard shortcuts which are useful in the wiki editor. Examples are Mac Emacs-style keyboard shortcuts which jump to the end and start of line (Ctrl-A and Ctrl-E), and delete words (Ctrl-K).

This issue does not really apply in the rich text editor, because the browser doesn't provide the same shortcuts there.

As originally reported:

We just upgraded to version 2.10.3 and now my native Mac keyboard bindings are being overridden by keyboard shortcuts that I don't want. This drastically interferes with my ability to use the product.

This problem also exists in JIRA, covered by this issue: JRA-12378

It is possible to work around this issue with a GreaseMonkey script that removes the accesskey attributes and removes keydown handlers on the document, but that workaround is tricky to get working and likely to break across upgrades of Confluence.
