Go to https://qa-eac.atlassian.com/admin/plugin-repository/plugins.action
Click the 'Admin' tab
Click on 'Enter support mode'

A system error is given:

com.thoughtworks.xstream.converters.reflection.ObjectAccessException: Invalid final field com.atlassian.plugin.repository.model.DefaultPluginManagerState.map
    at com.thoughtworks.xstream.converters.reflection.PureJavaReflectionProvider.validateFieldAccess(PureJavaReflectionProvider.java:150)

This is an important feature for support (See http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Plugin+Support+Mode) but isn't widely used.

Priority 4 for the beta.
