Previewing a page does not display long content when Confluence is embedded in a frame

Previewing page in Confluence does not work if Confluence's page is behind frame. If you have a long content which needs scroll bar to see the whole content, the preview wont display all the content because there is not scollbar. The problem does not happen on Confluence 2.2.10 but it does happen in the latest version. I have tested this problem against Confluence 2.10.2 and 2.10.3. In order to reproduce the problem, please follow the steps below:

1. Create html page which contains the following:

   <frameset>
      <frame src="http://localhost:8213/">
   </frameset> 
   

2. Start up Confluence version 2.10.3 (I presume that the port of it is 8213).
3. Create a page contains the following:

4. Preview the page

It happens on Firefox, IE 7 and IE6. the problem happens on those browsers.
