Show original user and last update by user for each page

Each page has a header, part of which shows the following standard
'Last changed on xxx, by YYY'.
I'd like to see both the originator of the page (often the more important person), and the last editor - so something like
'First added on xxx, by yyyy. Last changed on xxx, by YYY'
