excerpt-include doesn't correct links to anchor inside the excerpt

    Description

      Having a link to an anchor inside an exceprt and including the excerpt in another page will result in the rendered content to link to an achor in the current page (which doesn't exist).

      Ideally the excerpt-include should parse all the links inside the excerpt and replace links to anchor with an absolute link.
