Remove attachments from the filesystem when migrating to the database

      The attachments are removed from the database attachmentdata table when migrating from the DB to filesystem, the opposite though is not true.
      The attachments are retained on the filesystem even after they have been migrated to the database.

            An archive of the attachments would be good - still keep them, but stored in a compressed archive for retrieval if necessary.
