Newline lost between panel macro and table or list breaking markup

    Description

      When using the Rich Text Editor (RTE) the markup will be broken if a panel macro, such as warning, tip or info, is immediately before a list or a table.

      Steps to produce:

      1. Set RTE mode as default
      2. Go to wiki markup mode
      3. Insert the command: 
          {warning}This is buit in the RTE.{warning}
|| Name || Address \\ ||
| | |
      4. Save the changes
      5. Goto edit
      6. Switch to wiki markup mode
      7. Save the changes

      Results:

      {warning}This is buit in the RTE.{warning}\|\| Name \|\| Address

| | |

      Also, 

      {info}Some information{info}

# list item 2

      becomes

      {info}Some information{info}# list item 1
