Recently-updated macros show all content under the same time and date when showProfilePic=true

Affects both

{recently-updated}

and

{recently-updated-dashboard}

macros.

When the macro is showing recently updated content for a single user, then:

If showProfilePic=false, each item will be shown with the time and date it was updated.

If showProfilePic=true, then only the time and date of the most recently updated item will be shown. This will then imply that all content shown was updated at that time, even though the actual changes may have been made days or weeks before. See screenshot for an illustration of this.
